A bivouac is a group of several tents sahraouies, the “Khaima”. These tents are made up of a formed reinforcement of carriers out of wooden and of a bar of ridge sheathing. The tent is carried out by the assembly of bands of wool woven from 40 to 60 cm broad. Weaving is made of brown wool, with quleques fairs of poiles of mixed goat's milk cheese and dromedary.
The Chigaga Bivouac
This bivouac is located at 64 km of the village of MHamid while following the track of fom z' guid., for the travellers who one selected the formula 8x8…. “nomads” in a hurry. The tents are planted beside a last group of authentic nomads remaining in the area of Hamada de Drâa, their presence is explained by the existence of quleque points of water and plantsWhen the plate of chgaga flowers after a providential rain, these nomads live breeding of dromedaries, goats and sheep.
